It won't take long for our home to become yours. With six options for on-campus living, you'll find the one that's right for you. Each of our residence halls has a live-in residential hall director (RHD) and student resident assistants (RAs) who will help you move in, get settled and get to know Lipscomb and the Nashville area.
Every hall has special activities and social events throughout the year, including cookouts, excursions and contests between other residence halls. Inside you'll find:
- wireless Internet
- computer labs
- cable TV
- free laundry facilities
- twin beds, that can be set up as bunk/loft beds or separate
- kitchen access (limited)
- vending machine rooms
- full or shared baths
- common living entertainment/activity rooms
- desks, dressers/storage and closet space for each student

Elam is a traditional residence hall located near the student center with space for 325 female residents. There are four community bathrooms and four laundry rooms on each floor. Elam features two computer labs, a common-shared lobby with TVs and an interior courtyard. View the Elam floor chart.

Remodeled in 2011, Fanning Hall is located near two academic buildings and is a suite-style dorm. Each suite has four bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom (two sinks, two showers, two toilets). This residence hall can hold up to 270 females with up to eight residents per suite. View the Fanning floor chart.

Johnson Hall was renovated in the summer of 2016. It is conveniently located in the heart of campus. Upperclassmen female residents are able to choose between traditional rooms, sharing community bathrooms, and suite style rooms which share suite-style bathrooms. Johnson features two computer labs, 3 TV lobbies, a full-service kitchen and laundry rooms. The courtyard is a relaxing space where residents and guests can spend time. High Rise was renovated in the summer of 2015 and is Lipscomb's largest male residence hall. Allen Arena and the parking garage are located right next door. It has eight floors with the capacity for 381 male residents. There are two community bathrooms and vending machines on each floor, a laundry room, computer lab and main lobby. Sewell is Lipscomb's smallest male residence hall, housing approximately 136 students. There is a large lobby with TVs and ping pong, two community bathrooms on each floor, a computer lab, vending machines and laundry room. View the Sewell floor chart.

The Village is our on-campus apartment-style buildings—two male, two female—housing up to 157 students. Each apartment has four bedrooms, four private bathrooms, a living room and a full kitchen. Located in the Village complex is a laundry room, a community room with a computer, a lounge area and pool table, as well as a workout room. The Village is available to juniors and seniors that must have a clean student conduct record with a minimum GPA of 2.75 . View The Village floor chart.

New for Fall 2017, Villages II is the second phase of the Village housing options. This upperclassmen housing option features upscale, hotel style two person rooms with private restrooms and independent living environment. Flexible meal plan options and designated parking for residence make this a convenient option for seniors. The residence hall features multiple study rooms, a community kitchen, and classroom space for all residents. Reservations for Villages II begin February 21.
